However, many insurance plans do offer reimbursement.  We advise you to check with your insurance company regarding specific reimbursement details and any pre-certification required by your insurance company. The Laser Spine Center will help facilitate submission of all patient insurance claims.

• All payments remain the full responsibility of the patient.

• We do not accept Worker’s Compensation cases.

• We do not accept no-fault cases.

• We do not participate in Medicare.

• It is the patient’s responsibility to obtain pre-authorization for any procedure.

• It is the patient’s responsibility to arrange reimbursement of fees.

• All fees are due at the time services are rendered.

• The Laser Spine Center accepts most major credit cards and personal checks for payment of fees.
